Presentamos tres casos poco frecuentes de pacientes con Esclerosis Tuberosa que presentaron complicaciones en la evolución de su enfermedad: Un varón de 16 años que presentó una hemorragia intracraneal en el seno de un astrocitoma gigantocelular subependimario; otro varón de 49 años que presentó una degeneración gliomatosa de un tuber cortical; y una mujer de 62 años que presentó una hemorragia intracraneal en relación con una MAV.
