Se analiza el TAC craneal inicial en 56 pacientes con Hemorragia Subaracnoidea y estudio angiográfico negativo, relacionando situación neurológica, hallazgos en TAC y evolución clínica (seguimiento medio: 2.9 años). De los pacientes que presentaban TAC inicial normal un 84,2 % siguió evolución favorable. El pronóstico empeoraba cuando el paciente presentaba TAC anormal o afectación neurológica superior al grado II (clasificación de Hunt y Hess). La asociación de TAC anormal y afectación neurológica severa implicaba el pronóstico más adverso. Un TAC normal parece ser el factor más favorable de cara al pronóstico en HSA no aneurismática.
