Presentamos el caso de una paciente de 33 años de edad en la que la metástasis cerebral fue la primera manifestación de un carcinoma adenoescamoso de cuello uterino mal diferenciado. Se revisa la rareza de este tipo de metástasis cerebrales.
We present a case of a 33 year old female in whom a solitary brain metastasis was the primary manifestation of a cervix adenoesquamous carcinoma. The review of the literature confirms the rarity of this type of metastases.
