Presentamos el caso de un paciente de 23 años de edad, con una costilla cervical posterior articulada en C2, que se expresó clínicamente por cervicalgia y limitación dolorosa de la flexo-extensión de la columna cervical. La paciente fue tratada con resección quirúrgica con resultado satisfactorio.
A case of an abnormal posterior cervical rib, articulated with C2 in a 24 years-old patient is reported. The patient who suffered cervical pain, and limitation of movement of the cervical spine was treated surgicalIy with a satisfactory result.
