Se presenta un caso de neurinoma del surco olfatorio en una paciente de 14 años, sin estigmas de neurofibromatosis. La presencia de un neurinoma en esta localización es extremadamente rara, aunque debe ser tenida en cuenta cuando se plantea el diagnóstico diferencial de tumores extraparenquimatosos subfrontales, sobre todo en pacientes jóvenes.
A case of schwannoma of the olfactory groove in a 14-year-old girl, without any stigmata of neurofibromatosis is presented. This tumour is a possibility to be in mind in the differential diagnosis of extraparenchimatous subfrontal tumors, mainly in young patients.
