La aparición de trastornos campimétricos sin papiledema como manifestación precoz de un cuadro de hidrocefalia es poco frecuente. Presentamos el caso de un varón de 31 años que acudió a nuestra consulta por visión borrosa de dos meses de evolución.
Visual field defects without papilledema as an early manifestation of hydrocephalús is unusual. We describe the case of a 31 year old patient who presented with a two months history of blurring of vision.
