Presentamos el caso de un paciente al que se le colocó un autoinjerto de grasa después de una reintervención por recidiva de hernia de disco lumbar. Posteriormente presentó una marcada reacción Iipofibromatosa que requirió la extracción quirúrgica de dicho autoinjerto. Se describe el estudio anatomopatológico de la grasa extraída.
Autologous fat graft were inserted over the dura mater and the exposed nerve root during a reoperation for lumbar disc herniation. Four months later a CT study showed a lipoma. Histopathological examination of the removed fat is presented.
