Presentamos un caso de aneurisma cerebral traumático desarrollado como consecuencia de la resección quirúrgica de un meningioma intracraneal, que consideramos de interés por la escasez de casos similares descritos en la literatura.
Esta entidad debe ser tenida en cuenta en el diagnóstico diferencial de imágenes de TAC obtenidas tras la cirugía de lesiones intracraneales.
In this brief report we describe a rare case of traumatic aneurysm originated after surgical resection of an intracranial meningioma. A few number of similar caseshave been previously reported. This entity must be had in consideration in the diferencial diagnosis of CT-sean images obtained after surgery of intracranial lesions.
