El angiolipoma espinal es una lesión mesenquimal benigna que constituye una entidad clínica y patológica, bien definida, incluida generalmente dentro de los lipomas. Presentamos dos casos de angiolipoma espinal que debutaron clínicamente con la instauración de una paraplejia aguda. Uno de los pacientes fue estudiado mediante resonancia magnética.
The spinal angiolipoma is a benign mesenchymal lession and represents a distinct clinicopathological entity traditionally grouped as a variant of lipoma. We present two cases of angiolipoma which initially presented with an acute paraplegia. One of the patients was studied with magnetic resonance.
