Presentamos un caso de angiolipoma espinal epidural con infiltración de cuerpo y arco vertebral adyacentes.
Se trata de un varón de 25 años que ingresa en nuestro servicio por un cuadro de pérdida progresiva de fuerza en miembros inferiores de un mes de evolución.
El diagnóstico fue sugerido por la RM y se confirmó posteriormente mediante estudio anatomopatológico.
Se practicó extirpación quirúrgica parcial por vía posterior.
