Los angiomas venosos son malformaciones vasculares que se describen cada vez con más frecuencia en los últimos años como consecuencia de las posibilidades diagnósticas que of recen las nuevas técnicas de neuroimagen. Se presenta un caso de angioma venoso cerebral estudiado con tomografía computarizada, resonancia magnética y angiografía cerebral y con motivo de ello se revisa la literatura sobre estas lesiones específicas vasculares cerebrales.
