We report a case of a “dum-beIl” low-grade chondrosarcoma of the cervical spine presenting as an enlarged conjunction foramen. The tumor was resected surgicaIly in two stages and complementary radiotherapy was administered. This osteolytic, slowly growing tumor is very uncommon in this localization. The treatment of choice is radical resection.
