We studied retrospectively three cases of intradiploic epidermoid tumors producing marked neurological deficits which resulted from intracranial growth and brain compression.
The clinical, neuroradiological and surgical findings are commented. In two cases there was a clear relationship between the appearance of the lesion and the occurrence of previous head injury.
