Acute subdural hematoma is infrequent in association with rupture of intracranial aneurysm. Here we show a patient with postraumatic false aneurysm formation on a peripheral branch of an anterior cerebral artery with resultant subdural hematoma after a totally good evolution of 16 days of the mentioned cranial trauma. We insist on the difficulty of a premature diagnosis before its rupture and the actual angiographic studies for its diagnosis, sometimes even as an emergency exploratory indication.
