Se describe un caso de compresión de los nervios radial y mediano por un lipoma a nivel de la región anterior de antebrazo derecho y por debajo del músculo supinador. La Resonancia Nuclear Magnética (RMN) se considera la prueba más importante para su diagnóstico y planteamiento de la estrategia quirúrgica.
We present the case of a patient with compression of the radial and median nerves caused by a lipoma at the level of the anterior aspect of the right forearm under the supinator muscle. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) appears to be the most important test for the diagnosis and the surgical planning.
