Se presenta el primer caso de neumoencéfalo postraumático agravado por el tratamiento en cámara hiperbárica. Se recomendó este tratamiento a causa de una infección anaerobia en una herida de la mano. Se comenta una de las leyes físicas implicadas en la patogenia.
The first case of postraumatic pneumocephalus, aggravated by hiperbaryc chamber treatment is reported. This form of treatment was recommended because of an anaerobic infection in the patient's hand. One of the possible physicallaws involved is discussed.
