Se presenta un caso de neumoventrículo causado por entrada de aire a través de una herida penetrante en región cervical producida por un fragmento de cristal.
En la literatura revisada solamente hemos podido encontrar un caso similar publicado anteriormente por uno de nosotros.
A case of pneumocephalus secondary to a stab wound of the cervical spine is reported. The authors have found only a single case of similar characteristics reported in the literature.
