El osteoblastoma de localización craneal es una rara neoplasia que afecta generalmente a pacientes jóvenes. Presentamos el caso de una niña de 7 años con un osteoblastoma benigno fronto-parietal. Se discuten los hallazgos clínicos y radiológicos, con especial referencia a otros tumores óseos.
Cranial osteoblastoma is a very uncommon neoplasm of the skull that usually affects young patients. The case of a 7 year-old girl with a fronto-parietal cranial benign osteoblastoma is presented. The clinical and radiological features of this rare neoplasm are discussed and the differential diagnosis with other bone tumors is considered.
