Se describe un caso de compresión de la rama profunda del nervio radial por un lipoma y se comenta el interés de la tomografía computarizada para excluir otra patología. La rama posterior del nervio radial es particularmente vulnerable debido a su disposición anatómica.
A case of compression of the posterior branch of the radial nerve by a lipoma is reported. Diagnosis is made on the basis of computed tomography and clinical data. The posterior branch of the radial nerve is particulary vulnerable because of the anatomic relationships.
