Se presenta el caso de un paciente que presentó paraplegia aguda secundaria a absceso espinal asociado a úlcera varicosa infectada de miembro inferior.
The case of a patient developing acute paraplegia caused by a spinal epidural abscess is presented. The origin of infection was metastasic and had its origin in a local infection in the inferior limb.
