We show two cases of arachnoid cysts of the middle cranial fossa that became visible after a craneal traumatism caused by a hyperpressure endocraneal syndrome in absence of associated hematic colections. It is difficult to explain the effect of the cranial traumatism in the development of the mentioned hyperpressure endocraneal syndrome. After the removal of the cysts the symptoms vanished.
