Se considera el caso de un paciente con un meningioma frontal izquierdo asociado a un gran quiste que producía clínicamente signos de hipertensión intracraneal, fundamentalmente por el componente quístico. Actualmente, en el caso de meningiomas con componente quístico, el diagnóstico neurorradiológico continúa siendo controvertido, observándose un porcentaje importante de diagnósticos incorrectos, ante la variabilidad en la manifestación de sus imágenes, por lo que ante cualquier tumoración quística habría que considerar la posibilidad de un meningioma.

We present the case of a patient with a cyst meningioma, that was manifested with intracranial hypertension. The CT scan shows a big cyst around a nodule that compressed the ventricle. The diagnosis of this tumor sometimes is difficult althoug is necessary to consider the possibility of meningioma,
