Presentamos el caso de una paciente de 78 años que presenta clínica de paraparesia progresiva de 2 meses de evolución con nivel sensitivo mamario. Practicado estudio RM de raquis dorsal se aprecia lesión extradural que desplaza saco dural y sale por agujero de conjunción D5–D6. Se llevó a cabo resección de tumoración epidural apreciándose implantación dural. Los meningiomas epidurales son poco frecuentes representando el 15% de los meningiomas espinales.
