We present a case of brain stem epidermoid cyst, operated on twice. At first operation, the pus-like content of the cyst, lead us to the erroneous diagnosis of abscess or tuberculoma, as had happened in two previously cases published.
Due analysis and pathological examinations disclosed an epidermoid cyst, and a second operation was performed. The cyst was removed and the child recovered completely.
