At first operation, the pus-like content of the cyst, lead us to the erroneous diagnosis of abscess or tuberculoma, as had happened in two previously cases published.</p><p id="spar0010" class="elsevierStyleSimplePara elsevierViewall">Due analysis and pathological examinations disclosed an epidermoid cyst, and a second operation was performed.
