Esto es muy importante para establecer un pronóstico del paciente y una eventual terapia postquirúrgica. La determinación del índice de Ki 67 ofrece un dato de máxima fiabilidad a la hora de cuantificar el potencial proliferativo de la neoplasia.</p><p id="spar0010" class="elsevierStyleSimplePara elsevierViewall">Nuestro estudio consiste en correlacionar el seguimiento de 20 pacientes intervenidos por tumores cerebrales de diversas estirpes y el índice de Ki 67 obtenido al valorar citológicamente las muestras obtenidas.</p><p id="spar0015" class="elsevierStyleSimplePara elsevierViewall">La evolución que han seguido las neoformaciones objeto de nuestro estudio se han correlacionado con los diferentes índices de Ki 67 obtenidos.
