        "resumen" => "<p id="spar0005" class="elsevierStyleSimplePara elsevierViewall">Se presenta un estudio prospectivo de 43 pacientes con hernia discal cervical espondil&#243;tica&#44; intervenidos quir&#250;rgicamente por el abordaje anterior con injerto &#243;seo&#46; Nuestros resultados obtenidos siguiendo los criterios de Odom fueron excelentes en el 65&#37; de los casos&#44; buenos en el 27&#37;&#44; aceptables en el 4&#46;6&#37; y pobres en el 2&#46;3&#37;&#46; Con el fin de detectar posibles factores pron&#243;sticos hemos correlllcionado los resultados con la edad&#44; tiempo de evoluci&#243;n de la enfermedad y el estado neurol&#243;gico inicial&#46; Hemos encontrado que edades bajas &#40;&#60;40 a&#241;os&#41; y tiempos de duraci&#243;n de la enfermedad &#40;&#60;2 a&#241;os&#41; eran factores pron&#243;sticos posiblemente favorables&#46; Los pacientes con d&#233;ficit radicular han tenido un resultado superior a los pacientes con d&#233;ficit piramidal o mixto&#46;</p>"
